Product and Services Terms:
These Product Terms and Conditions apply when a Customer purchases any products or services directly from a Spectra affiliate or when a Customer purchases a Software license, Professional Services and/or Support Services via a Spectra authorized reseller or distributor.
Spectra provides a limited warranty on all of our products and services. However, Spectra encourages Customers to purchase Support Services to provide for the timely resolution of any issues.
Spectra Certified Media Guarantee
Spectra guarantees Spectra Certified Media for the “Useful Lifetime” of the product, subject to some exclusions.
Spectra determines its standard shipping terms based on where the Customer is located.
