Spectra Logic respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Spectra Logic collects from you online and how we use it. Please review this policy so that you understand how we manage the information we collect.
Spectra Logic only asks for specific types of personally identifiable information on our web site. Spectra Logic will retain your personal information for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law or you opt-out.
The application of Spectra Logic’s data sub-processor is hosted separately in data centers in the US and in The Netherlands. An agreement with the sub-processor protecting your rights in place.
We may disclose your information when responding to subpoenas, court orders, government inquiries or legal processes, when establishing or exercising our legal rights or defending against legal claims, when performing contracts with you, or in other circumstances permitted or required under applicable law.
We may collect and possibly share your information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms and conditions posted on our web sites, or as otherwise required by law.
