The Spectra Current is Spectra Logic’s new podcast series featuring conversations with IT industry experts, thought leaders, customers and Spectra Logic executives who review the latest trends in data storage, data management, emerging technologies, cybersecurity and digital transformation at large. Conversations center around data center experiences, business methodologies, corporate culture, industry insights and lighthearted banter on successes, failures and personal and professional recommendations. Spectra announced this week the launch of the podcast, hosted by Betsy Doughty, Spectra’s vice president of corporate marketing, and its first available episode.
Why you should tune in
Too often conversations in the data storage space are product-focused. The Spectra Current goes beyond the tech talk, introducing listeners to the people who make up this community as they share unique perspectives, personal anecdotes and advice based on firsthand experiences. Anyone who has data, from midsize businesses to production houses, from museums and educational institutions to government agencies and large research organizations can benefit from tuning in. Listeners can be excited about this series as an educational tool that allows them to tap into the knowledge and advice of experts at their convenience, on the go.
“I’ve talked with guests about corporate culture and history, advice on longevity in career and working remotely, books, music, productivity. Our conversations are about more than just storage and IT,” explains Podcast Host Betsy Doughty. “We will invite new guests routinely to bring fresh perspectives to not only the biggest data storage and data management questions today, but also the people behind it all.”
