Policy Against Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Spectra Logic Corporation and its affiliates ("Spectra") is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking and are committed to ensuring that such practices do not occur in our operations or supply chains. Employees, contractors, suppliers, and vendors are expected to comply with international standards of human decency and respect for human rights in all operations.
Spectra is committed to a work environment free from human trafficking and slavery, including forced labor and unlawful child labor. We comply with:
- The Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (United States).
- The UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015.
- The Modern Slavery Act of 2018 (Australia).
- Any similar laws and regulations that may be enacted in jurisdictions where we do business.
Spectra will:
- Assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains.
- Take appropriate steps to prevent, detect and address modern slavery risks.
- Require suppliers and business partners to uphold standards that prohibit modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Provide employees, contractors and suppliers with a means to report concerns, confidentially without fear of retaliation.
We expect our suppliers, vendors and other partners to:
- Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to labor, employment, and human rights.
- Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, and child labor.
- Ensure working conditions are safe, fair, and consistent with international labor standards.
- Cooperate with Spectra in addressing any identified risks of modern slavery.
