We expect our suppliers, vendors and other partners to:

• Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to labor, employment, and human rights.
• Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, and child labor.
• Ensure working conditions are safe, fair, and consistent with international labor standards.
• Cooperate with Spectra in addressing any identified risks of modern slavery.
