What You Missed from VeeamOn 2021: Get the Spectra Scoop

Spectra Logic is very excited to have been a sponsor and participant at this year’s VeeamOn 2021, held May 25 and 26. “Accelerate Your Data Protection Strategy” was this year’s theme where Veeam encouraged attendees to “Get future-ready and gain your professional edge with hours of on-demand technical and visionary learning from the brightest minds in IT.” All of this on-demand content is available now at the VeeamOn 2021 website.

Our Spectra virtual booth hosted nearly 1,200 visitors from around the globe. Spectra booth visitors were able to watch our new Veeam joint solution video and download documents, including our Veeam joint solution brief, a customer case study, and brochures for our Spectra Stack and Black Pearl NAS solutions. The live chat option connected attendees with Spectra Logic’s Regional Vice President of Sales Chris Shannon.

Participating in VeeamOn 2021 was an excellent way to celebrate Spectra Logic’s recent Veeam Ready qualifications with V11 for Spectra BlackPearl NAS and Spectra Tape Libraries, which qualified for Veeam Ready – Repository and Veeam Ready – Tape, respectively. We are also very pleased to have hosted a joint webinar with Veeam on May 4. Presenters Steve Firmes, Veeam Solutions Architect, Product Management; Kent Urbaniak,  Spectra Logic Director of Solutions Architect; and Nathan Halverson, Spectra Logic Senior Solutions Architect, discussed how to implement a 3-2-1-1-0 backup strategy to protect customer data.
