- 4 Hour Onsite (includes 7×24 phone support)
- Support uplifts can be added to support agreements

- Available with 3-year support agreements
Additional add on services are available to any Spectra Stack support offerings. Full 24 x 7 phone support with Spectra Logic’s Boulder, Colorado based support call center can be added to your support offering. For customers who are looking to avoid downtime with their library, customer replaceable parts increase availability and can be replaced in 15 minutes or less. An exchange wizard walks you through the process of replacing any of the customer replaceable parts.
