“Spectra has encouraged me to push myself and step up the career ladder since I joined as an intern. Today, as a Solutions Architect, I work on amazing projects, ranging from being the lead designer on requests for proposals to writing programs that help my associates be more productive. I’m most proud of the script that I designed when I worked in Support in our UK office, which analyzes the logs from our flagship TFinity tape Library. Still in use today, it provides a snapshot of what happened to the tape library, allowing Spectra Support to diagnose an issue immediately rather than having to review every log entry.”
